Website Privacy Terms

Qinecsa Solutions operates https://qinecsa.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data (“Data”), as further explained herein, that we receive from users of the Site.

We protect Data in a manner that allows such information to remain confidential at all times. Access to the minimum amount of Data is granted only to our employees, or authorized third-parties who have a business need-to-know. Additionally, we prohibit the unauthorized, or unnecessary, release of Data.

Information collection and use

We may collect and use certain Data (e.g. first and last name, business email address, and business telephone number) about you when you visit our Site, send an email to us, use our online chat feature, or complete one of our online forms. The Data you provide us can identify you.

If you choose to correspond with us through chat, email, by visiting our Site, or complete one of our online forms, we may retain the content of your chat and email messages, together with your email address and our responses, and any other information you provide us. We require this information to provide you with better service by allowing us to improve our products and services.

Log data

Also collects, or logs, other information when you visit our Site. This information includes your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and domain name. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by the Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) through which you access the web, and a domain name is the name of the ISP itself through which you access the web.

We also log Geolocation. Geolocation uses GPS and cellular networks to determine the geographical (latitudinal and longitudinal) location of an Internet-connected device. We use this information to provide you with a better service by allowing us to redirect all country-specific website visitors to country-specific pages. If you do not wish to make your Geolocation data available to Qinecsa Solutions, Geolocation may be disabled in your computer or browser settings.

Third-party services

We use certain third-party services on our Site to organize, monitor, and analyze Log Data. Third-party services include the following:

Google Analytics: To ensure that the Site content remains up-to-date, user-oriented, and comprehensive, we use Google Analytics, a web-analysis tool from Google, Inc. (“Google”) that enables us to optimize our products and services for you. Google Analytics uses Cookies that track your preferences during your visit to our Site. This allows us to simplify navigation, for example, helping us to make the Site more user-friendly. The information that is generated in this process (including the IP address) is anonymized, i.e., your Log Data is not identifiable. An evaluation, for our reporting purposes, is carried out after the anonymization process.

Furthermore, you can prevent Google’s acquisition and processing of the information that is generated by the cookie and concerns your activity on our Site (including your IP address), by downloading and installing a browser plug-in.

Further information about Google’s terms of use and privacy options are available here in English: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and in German: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/

WordPress.com: qinecsa.com is hosted by WordPress. We use WordPress hosting services to optimize the performance of the Site, ensure customer Data and Log Data is adequately protected, and improve Site functionality. When using the Site, WordPress may collect the following customer Log Data: originating Internet Protocol (IP) address, proxy IP address, URL accessed, complete http: header, http: request body, and Cookies. Log Data is collected to operate, manage and improve the Site and ensure the technical functionality and security of the Site. Additional Cookies or Data may be collected by WordPress, in accordance with their privacy notice.

HubSpot: We use HubSpot to collect and organize Data that is collected through our Site through chat, email, and online forms submission. Should you decide to send us a request for information or submit an online form, or engage in a chat session, that associated Data will be stored with appropriate security controls, in accordance with HubSpot Privacy Policy found here: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy

Google, WordPress, and HubSpot log IP addresses and domain names, then aggregates them for system administration and to monitor the use of our Site. We use the aggregated information to measure the number of visits to our Site, the average time spent on our Site, the number of pages viewed, and to monitor various other Site statistics. This monitoring helps us evaluate how our Site is used and helps us continuously improve the content we provide. We do not share these statistics with outside parties and our Site does not link IP addresses or domain names with any Data. This means that a visitor’s session will be logged on Google, WordPress, and HubSpot’s servers, but the visitor will remain anonymous.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of information, which may include an anonymous unique identifier for each visitor. The website is then able to recognize repeat users and track usage patterns to better serve visitors when they return to that website. The Cookie does not extract Data, and most browsers provide a simple procedure that enables users to control whether or not they want to receive Cookies or notifies them when a website is about to deposit a Cookie file. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept Essential Cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site. We and our authorized third-parties, e.g. Google, WordPress, and HubSpot (as outlined above) may collect Cookies.

We use Essential Cookies and Non-Essential Cookies. “Essential Cookies” guarantee functions without which you would not be able to use our Site as intended. Non-Essential Cookies may collect information about the way the Site is used or to store information already entered (such as user name, language, or current location). Non-Essential Cookies are used to improve the performance of a website and offer the user improved, more personalized features.

For further information about our Cookie Policy, or to update any of your Cookie settings, including to opt-out of the use of Non-Essential Cookies, https://qinecsa.com/privacy-policy.
