Chief Executive Officer
Adam is an experienced CEO and pharmacovigilance leader. He brings more than 35 years’ experience of critical safety service and technology solution provision to biopharma R&D, Commercial and Operations functions. Across an impressive career to date, he has held senior roles at Rephine, Kinapse, ProductLife Group and CSC. He is known for his innovative vision, forward-thinking corporate strategy, and proactive and enthusiastic leadership.
John Cogan
Chief Operating Officer
John is an industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in R&D transformation, champions operational excellence, fosters innovation, and delivers solutions that help organisations flourish in an ever-evolving life sciences landscape.
Beena Wood
Chief Product Officer
Beena brings more than 30 years of technology leadership and over two decades of digital innovation in pharmacovigilance. She has shaped product strategy for major global safety platforms used by hundreds of pharma organisations, including many of the world’s top biopharma companies and health authorities.
Before joining Qinecsa, Beena led Safety Innovation & Technology for AI Strategy & Analytics at CSL. She previously held senior product leadership roles at ArisGlobal and spent 15 years at Oracle overseeing the Argus Safety and AERS portfolio.
Alex Livingstone-Learmonth
Chief Commercial Officer
Alex brings more than 20 years of senior commercial leadership across eClinical technology and life sciences services. Prior to joining Qinecsa, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Joint Managing Director at Cambridge Cognition, where he played a key role in strengthening customer engagement and driving revenue growth through digital health and clinical trial technology solutions. He has also held Vice President-level roles at Calyx (now Perceptive) and Signant Health (formerly CRF Health), helping to expand commercial footprints and build long-term client partnerships.
Alex is passionate about scaling innovative, client-focused solutions that enable life sciences organisations to modernise safety operations and protect patient safety worldwide.
